Hugo Omar Seleme holds a PhD in Law and Social Sciences. He is an independent researcher at the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research in Argentina (CONICET). He is a Professor of Ethics at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba (Argentina) and a professor at the Heidelberg Center for Latin America. He is also the director of the Master’s Degree in Law and Argumentation of the Faculty of Law at the National University of Córdoba. Morover, he is the author of the book Neutralidad y justicia: en torno al liberalismo político de John Rawls (2004), among other publications.
