Isabelle Ioannides
Isabelle Ioannides is a non-resident Senior Research Fellow at the Hellenic Foundation for Foreign and European Policy (ELIAMEP) in Athens, Greece, where she publishes on the Western Balkans, Cyprus, EU enlargement, and peace and security issues. She is also a 2019-2020 Europe’s Futures Fellow of the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM) and the ERSTE Foundation (Vienna). She is currently serving as Senior Policy Analyst in the Directorate for Impact Assessment and Foresight of the European Parliament’s Research Service (EPRS), where she is responsible for preparing ex-post evaluations of EU external policies, programmes, instruments and international agreements, at the request of Parliamentary committees.
