Martine Delannoy is a Social Sciences graduate and she has specialised in Economics and Public Management at the University of Ottawa. Her research focuses on the combination of strategies on a broad and systemic thought on e-Inclusion, smart cities, public policy, governmental strategy and citizen participation. She is the founder of initiatives like Cities of People and she is the Chief Foresight Officer of Digipolis, a public service and technology company in Ghent, Belgium. For ten years, she took part in the Society Forum in Eurocities and is currently leading the taskforce on foresight.
