Bianca Galusca is an Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination technician at the Gypsy Secretariat Foundation’s Barcelona headquarters, where she deals with cases of discrimination and anti-gypsism by using an intersectional approach. She’s also experienced in working with young people and women in the third sector, incorporating a gender-conscious perspective into her actions. Born in Romania, she has lived in Catalonia since she was 13. She holds a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and specializes in anthropological applications to culture, the environment and society. She also has a university extension diploma in Social Intervention with the Gypsy Community from the Public University of Navarre and has undertaken specialized training in gender equality.
