Chukwuma Chinye
Chukwuma Chinye is a Program Assistant at the Centre for Democracy and Development in Abuja, Nigeria (CDD West Africa). He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from Loughborough University. His professional career is focused on international development. He holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict governance and international development from the University of East Anglia (United Kingdom). His fields of research include developmental studies and the impacts it has on third world nations, as well as security issues in failed and failing nation states. He has a keen interest in Sub-Saharan African developmental issues and has written numerous articles that tackle the negative stereotypes associated with Africa. Since September 2020, he has been a blog contributor to The Best of Africa.
