Kelly Rigg is a founding director of the Varda Group consultancy, providing strategic advice, campaign expertise and coordination services across a wide range of international environmental and social issues. For more than 30 years, she has been leading high-profile international campaigns on climate, energy, ocean, Antarctica and many other issues. She specializes in project management, coordination and communications in relation to large international projects. In 2009 she joined the Global Call for Climate Action and served as its Executive Director for four years. She also served as a senior campaign director for Greenpeace International. She led the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition’s campaign to protect the high seas from destructive bottom fishing.
