Montserrat Pi i Llorens

Montserrat Pi Llorens is a member of the board of the Human Rights Institute of Catalonia and the Institute of European Studies of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Holding a PhD in Law, she is full professor of Public International Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She specialises in European Union law, and her research lines focuses on human rights in the EU and aspects related to freedom, security and justice, particularly with respect to the EU’s migration policy.
