Rachel Morris, committed to advancing sustainable development finance strategies, is a policy analyst at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She has a master’s degree on International Relations by the French university Sciences Po and has a graduated degree on Economics by the London University. She worked as a research assistant in Wilson International Center lab, in United States, and as a junior consultant in CEIS. For more than five years she is working on policy analysis in OECD.
