Raquel Serrano Olivares

Raquel Serrano Olivares is a tenured Professor of Labour and Social Security Law at the University of Barcelona and a Senior Consultant at Baker&Mckenzie Barcelona. An expert trainer in gender issues and a reporting judge for the Andorran Law 13/2019 on Equality and Non-discrimination, she was the first Secretary-General of the Labour Relations Council of Catalonia and an expert member of the Catalan Labour, Economic and Social Affairs Council.
