Sonia Fernández Vidal
Sonia Fernández Vidal is a writer, researcher, entrepreneur and science communicator. She holds a PhD in Optics and Quantum Information from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where she teaches, and a member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors (RAED). She has worked and collaborated with some of the most prestigious centers, such as the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), the Los Alamos National Laboratory or the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO). In the business world, she is co-founder of the company Gauss & Neumann. In 2017, she was selected by Forbes magazine as one of the hundred most creative people in the world. She is the author of the book La porta dels tres panys, translated into 12 languages. He has also written Quantic Love, a novel set at CERN, and Esmorzar amb partícules, an essay on the origins of the universe.
