Stephan Klingebiel is Head of the Research Programme “Inter- and transnational cooperation” at the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut fuer Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) in Bonn, Germany. He was Director of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Global Policy Centre in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from mid-2019 to mid-2021. From 2007 to 2011, he was Director of KfW Development Bank country office in Kigali, Rwanda. He is a senior lecturer at the University of Marburg, in Germany.
