Will Kymlicka
Will Kymlicka is professor of Political Philosophy at Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada and one of the most influential political scientists and thinkers worldwide thanks to his research on ethnic issues and multicultural coexistence. He is one of the most important representatives of political philosophy. He has published many books and articles, translated into 32 languages. His most relevant works are Contemporary Political Philosophy: An Introduction (1990), Multicultural Citizenship: A Liberal Theory of Minority Rights (1999), States, Nations and Cultures (2004) and Politics in the Vernacular: Nationalism, Multiculturalism, Citizenship (2009). These last years he has focused on animal rights with Zoopolis: A Political Theory Of Animal Rights (2011).
