He is professor at UAB&#8217;s School of Prevention and Integral Security and local coordinator of the Leading Cities Network. He has been one of the promoters in Spain of the <em>Stop Killer Robots<\/em> campaign, which seeks to prevent the proliferation of autonomous weapons. He holds a PhD degree specialized in the relations between society and technology and risk analysis.
