Baogang He is Chair in International Relations and Alfred Deakin Professor, at Deakin University, Australia. Graduated with a PhD in Political Science from Australian National University He is widely known for his work in Chinese democratization and politics, in particular the deliberative politics in China. Throughout his career Throughout his career he has published 10 books, 15 book chapters and more than sixty academic articles in English and Chinese, which have appeared in several prestigious international journals such as the British Journal of Political Science<\/em>, Journal of Peace Research<\/em>, Political Theory<\/em>, Chinese Journal of Philosophy<\/em> y Perspectives on Politics<\/em>, among others.
