Hugo Omar Seleme holds a PhD in Law and Social Sciences. He is an independent researcher at the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research in Argentina (CONICET). He is a Professor of Ethics at the Faculty of Law of the National University of C\u00f3rdoba (Argentina) and a professor at the Heidelberg Center for Latin America. He is also the director of the Master’s Degree in Law and Argumentation of the Faculty of Law at the National University of C\u00f3rdoba.
