He was an advisor of World Bank\u2019s PPP Certifications Program and supported United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) \u2018People First PPP Standards\u2019 initiative. Additional organizations that he has supported as a consult include United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA), the Global Infrastructure Hub (GIH) and the Dutch Government, to mention a few.
