Elda Brogi is Part-Time Professor at the European University Institute (EUI), where she works as the Scientific coordinator of the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom. She is member of the Executive Board of the\u202fEuropean Digital Media Observatory\u202f(EDMO). She also served as a member of the Council of Europe (CoE) Committee of Experts on Media Environment and Reform (MSI-REF), where she was appointed co-rapporteur of the recommendation on electoral communication and media coverage of election campaigns. She holds a PhD in Public Law and Constitutional Law from the University La Sapienza, in Rome, and she currently teaches Communication Law at the University of Florence.
