Laia Rosich Sol\u00e9 is the general director for the Eradication of Sexist Violence, within the Feminism Secretariat of the Ministry of Equality and Feminisms of the Government of Catalonia. She holds a degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Intervention and Research in Domestic Violence, a master’s degree in Direction, Management and Intervention in Social Services and a postgraduate course in NGO Management. She has more than 20 years of experience in the context of gender-based violence, combining direct care with professional training, especially in the development of protocols, networking and team supervision.
