Karlos A. Castilla Ju\u00e1rez holds a BA in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a PhD in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University. He is head of research at the Human Rights Institute of Catalonia, a member of the University of Barcelona\u2019s Public Law Observatory and associate professor in International Human Rights Law at the Pompeu Fabra University.
