Isabelle Ioannides is a non-resident Senior Research Fellow at the Hellenic Foundation for Foreign and European Policy (ELIAMEP) in Athens, Greece, where she publishes on the Western Balkans, Cyprus, EU enlargement, and peace and security issues. She is also a 2019-2020 Europe\u2019s Futures Fellow of the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM) and the ERSTE Foundation (Vienna).
