Pak-Hang Wong is a philosopher of technology, graduated in Philosophy and History at the Hong Kong University. He is part of the Research Group for Ethics in Information Technology at Department of Informatics, Universit\u00e4t Hamburg, where he examines social, ethical, and political issues of algorithms, big data, robotics, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. He received his doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Twente in 2012, and held academic positions in Oxford and Hong Kong prior to his current position.
