He is currently a professor in the degree of Economics and Business at UOC. He is also a member of the research group ONE (New Economy Observatory) at IN3, and he is also the director of the interdisciplinary research group on ICT (i2TIC). His research activity focuses on the analysis of knowledge economics and the link between ICT, employment, economy, society and public policy. He has written several books: <em>Innovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica, creixement econ\u00f2mic i economia de el coneixement<\/em> (CTESC, 2004), <em>Principis d&#8217;economia del coneixement<\/em> (Pir\u00e0mide, 2005) i <em>L&#8217;empresa xarxa.
