Leire Bilbao is a poet and writer. She was born in Ondarroa (Basque Country) in 1978, and has published Ezkatak<\/em> (Susa, 2006), Scanner<\/em> (Susa, 2011) and Entre escamas<\/em> (Marisma, 2018). Some of her poems have been translated into more than a dozen of languages and have been assembled in anthologies such as Forked Tongues<\/em>, El poder del cuerpo<\/em>, Trasl\u00facidas<\/em>, Las aguas tranquilas<\/em> o Sombras diversas<\/em>. Several basque artists have also used Bilbao’s poems for their music.
