Jaume L\u00f3pez presents the conclusion of a series of debates on constituent processes around the world and points out that a constituent process involving seven men seated in a closed office with a direct line to the military, belongs to an obsolete analogue era. Moreover, the same can be said of a constitutional text written with its back to the populace. A constituent process is an opportunity to put the fundamental principles of a democratic regime into practice. It is the power of the people, the power of citizenry at its finest hour. It is an opportunity to put into practice all that we have learned in this series of debates, and one that cannot be missed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
