Roberto Gargarella is Professor of Constitutional Theory and Political Philosophy at the Torcuato di Tella University in Argentina and Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Buenos Aires. He has been a visiting professor and researcher at the Universities of Bergen and Oslo (Norway), Pompeu Fabra University and the Universities of New York, Columbia, New School and Harvard (USA). He has published several books on constitutional theory and political philosophy, including the handbook Las teorías de la justicia después de Rawls (1999).
